Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Battleship by LemiGuide, including the Android application, website and online services. By using Battleship, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum age required to consent to online services in your country, or use the game with authorization from a parent or guardian. A guest profile may be created automatically. You are responsible for your linked account and activity performed through it.
2. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Battleship for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. The game, software, visual assets, trademarks and content remain owned by us or our licensors.
3. Fair play
You may not cheat, automate play, exploit defects, interfere with matchmaking or servers, impersonate others, harass players, use offensive profile content, reverse engineer the service where prohibited, or access it in an unauthorized way. We may restrict or terminate access and correct improperly obtained rankings, currency or items.
4. Virtual items and rewards
Ratings, coins, experience, special actions and other virtual items have no cash value, are not property and cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the game. We may adjust balancing, availability and values to maintain a fair and functional service. Rewards must not be obtained through manipulation or fraudulent advertising interactions.
5. Advertising and third-party services
The game may show advertisements and use third-party authentication, messaging and infrastructure. Third-party services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services beyond what applicable law requires.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, rebalance, suspend or discontinue parts of Battleship. Online services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions or events outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or preservation of every feature forever.
7. User content
You grant us a limited license to display and process profile information you submit, such as a nickname, solely to operate and present the service. You must have the right to use such content and it must not violate law or the rights of others.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Battleship is provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the game. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for Battleship during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the game or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, legal requirements or discontinuation. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version and effective date will be published here. Continued use after an update means acceptance where permitted by law.
